Heather Orza, CPC received her certified professional medical coder certification (CPC) from the American
Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) in 2015. She is experienced with CMS ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines.
Heather has three years of experience working in a self-pay medical office, helping patients with denied claims.
She is an active member of the AAPC having been the past Member Development Officer of her local Carmel, New
York AAPC chapter (2018) and she is the 2019 Treasurer of Carmel chapter.
